Terms of sale

These terms apply when you browse or place an order through the Valesa online store. Please read them before ordering. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law always take priority.

The seller and contact

The online store operates under the Valesa name. For order, product or legal enquiries, contact info@valesa.lt. The seller’s legal identity, registration details and address must be maintained in the store’s company settings and shown on the relevant order documents.

Products and prices

We aim to describe products, colours, measurements, materials and availability accurately. Screen settings and natural variation may affect how colours and textures appear. Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes unless the checkout clearly states otherwise. Delivery charges are shown before you place the order.

A product appearing online is not a guarantee of availability. If stock is incorrect or an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for that item.

Placing an order

Review your items, variants, delivery details, total price and these terms before submitting an order. An automated acknowledgement confirms that we received your request; the sales contract is concluded when we confirm acceptance or dispatch, subject to applicable consumer law. We may refuse an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, failed payment or suspected fraud.

Payment and delivery

Available payment and delivery methods are displayed at checkout. Payment is processed by the selected payment provider under its own secure service terms. Estimated delivery times are indicative unless a fixed date is expressly agreed. Please provide complete and accurate contact and delivery information and inspect the parcel promptly on arrival.

Cancellation, returns and conformity

Your distance-sale withdrawal rights and our return process are explained on the Returns & exchanges page. Those terms form part of these terms of sale. Statutory rights for goods that are faulty, damaged or not as described are not limited by a commercial return policy.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for the accuracy of information supplied to us. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with checkout or payment systems, or use store content in a way that infringes our or another person’s rights.

Intellectual property and liability

The Valesa name, product photography, text, graphics and site design are protected by applicable intellectual property law and may not be commercially reproduced without permission. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer remedies.

Complaints and disputes

Please send a clear written complaint with your order number and requested outcome to info@valesa.lt. We will respond as required by applicable law. If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, you may apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT), A. Goštauto g. 12, LT-01108 Vilnius, Lithuania, at vvtat.lrv.lt.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Lithuanian law, without depriving consumers in another country of mandatory protections that apply to them. Courts and competent consumer dispute bodies retain jurisdiction as provided by law. We may update these terms for future orders; the version accepted when an order is placed applies to that order.
