If you wish to cancel an order for which you have not yet received the goods, or to refuse certain item(s) from an outstanding but paid order and receive a refund, please contact www. valesa.lt administration with the specified contacts.
8.1. Defects of the sold goods are removed, low-quality goods are replaced, returned in accordance with the 2001 order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania. June 29 by order no. 217 "Regarding the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items" approved rules for the return and exchange of Items, except for cases where the contract cannot be canceled according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania (when the contract is concluded for the sale of hygiene products - bed linen; more information on the website of VšĮ "Vartotojų centras".
8.2. In order to return the item(s) based on Rule 8.1. point, the Buyer can do this within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day of delivery of the goods to the Buyer by filling out and sending the goods return form to the Seller. You can get this form by writing an e-mail. by post
8.2.1. The product return form must be filled out and signed, and real and valid data must be provided in the form. Claims are not accepted without specifying such data, filling in or signing the form.
8.2.2. The product return form must be properly sent to the customer service specialist by e-mail. e-mail pagalba@valesa.lt and wait for the service specialists to contact you (up to 5 days). In the subject line of the e-mail, it is necessary to indicate "Return of goods" and your order number, for example: Return of goods 1234 . The order number is provided on the invoice and in the e-mails related to the order. in letters, short messages.
8.2.3. Money is returned to the bank account within 10 working days at the latest. This term is calculated from the day the goods are returned to the warehouse.
8.2.4. The return and/or exchange of defective goods is carried out at the buyer's expense. Quality goods are returned at the buyer's expense. The condition of the returned goods is checked by the warranty service.
8.2.5. After ordering the warranty service, the Buyer can deliver the product for the warranty service himself, after arranging the arrival in advance with www. valesa.lt administration, or send by post, post office or via courier service.
8.2.6. The buyer undertakes to properly and safely pack the transported goods. For damage caused during transport of improperly packaged returnable goods www. valesa.lt assumes no responsibility.
8.2.7 The buyer undertakes to return or send the goods within 14 days from the date of notification of termination of the contract, as provided for in Article 6.228 (11) of the Civil Code. If this obligation is not fulfilled or if the goods are delivered after the scheduled deadline, the seller has the right not to accept the return of the goods.
8.3. When returning goods, the buyer must comply with the following conditions:
8.3.1. The returned item must be in its original, neat packaging;
8.3.2. The product must be undamaged by the Buyer;
8.3.3. The product must be unused, without losing its appearance as a product (label intact, protective film not torn, etc.) (this clause does not apply in the case of returning a defective product);
8.3.4. The returned item must be in the same configuration as the Buyer received it;
8.3.5. When returning the product, it is necessary to present the document of its purchase.
8.4. The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not comply with 8.2. the procedures for returning goods set out in point
8.5. When returning the wrong product and/or low-quality product, the Seller undertakes to take back such products and replace them with similar, suitable products.
8.6. In the event that the Seller does not have goods suitable for replacement, the amount paid will be returned to the Buyer within 10 working days, excluding the cost of delivery.
8.7. www. valesa.lt unilaterally has the right to deduct the amount of the additional discount granted from the amount returned to the customer, if the customer used the additional discount of the offer and later canceled (returned) at least one quality product from the offer to which the discount was applied.
8.8. In the event that the reason for the return of the product is inadequate quality, www. valesa.lt undertakes, at its own expense, to replace the product of unsuitable quality with a product of suitable quality or to return the money paid for the product. Goods of inappropriate quality are exchanged or returned in accordance with the "Rules for the return and exchange of goods", approved by Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of June 29, 2001.
8.9 Pursuant to Article 6.228 (10) Paragraph 2 Clause 5 of the Civil Code, the consumer's right to withdraw from a distance contract and an off-premises contract does not apply to contracts for packaged goods that have been unpacked after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. According to this article, underwear, swimwear cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
8.10. If, during the warranty period, a product of inadequate quality purchased by the customer is replaced by a new product of adequate quality, the remaining warranty period applies to the replaced product, i.e. the warranty period is not extended.
8.11. IMPORTANT! The procedure for returning goods does not apply to: Legal entities, products with individual customer changes, according to wishes, individual orders (for example, printing) that damage their original merchandise appearance irreversibly, goods with a torn off label, torn off protective layer, goods with individually ordered goods, goods that have been damaged of the customer, for goods that do not meet the return standards listed above (damaged merchandise appearance, with signs of use, wear and tear), for goods to be returned after the 14-day return period, an exception applies to goods that do not meet the return requirements, but of poor quality.
